4 digit UN I.D. Numbers:
If you're hauling a bulk package it is required to be marked with
the 4 digit ID number. If that bulk package is placed inside an
enclosed transport vehicle (box trailer etc.), that vehicle is required
to be marked on all four sides with the 4 digit ID number. If your
missing the ID numbers when they are required, you may be placed out of
service. Click on 'Search the hazmat Regulations' and look up 171.8
(definition of Bulk) 172.302
